Anxiety

There are many different types of anxiety disorders.  Some of these include generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, specific phobias, separation anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder.  Anxiety disorders may develop at any age. 

A commonly used treatment technique that has been proven to be successful in decreasing / eliminating anxiety is cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).  In addition to using CBT, several relaxation techniques can be taught in order to help you learn how to manage your anxiety and live a relaxed and calm life.
